We’re so sure you’re going to love CRAVE™ that we’re offering to make this a no commitment relationship. If you purchase any 12 oz flavor of CRAVE™ and discover you are not fully satisfied with the intense flavor, we’ll send you back your money.

To request a refund, please mail us your original store receipt, along with your name, address, and reason why you were not fully satisfied. Refund requests are limited to one (1) 12-ounce bottle of CRAVE™ per household. The refund amount will be limited to the purchase price only, any taxes or additional charges will not be refunded. Receipt must be received within 30 days of purchase and list store name and location. Please allow for 6-8 weeks for processing of eligible refund requests and delivery. Requests will not be acknowledged. Upstate Farms or affiliated companies are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete requests and will be considered invalid. Unless prohibited by law, payee authorizes reasonable dormancy fees deducted if check not cashed within 180 days. Information gathered will be used to comply with refund redemption only.
